2. At the outset, learned counsel for the State submits that in compliance of the order of this Court dated 03.11.2022 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 218 of 2021, a reasoned order has already been passed by the Principal Secretary, Building Construction Department, Government of Bihar. The same has already been brought on record by way of Annexure-A to the show cause.

3. Considering the afore-noted fact, there is no requirement of continuance of proceeding and, as such, the same stands disposed off.
