2. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in connection with Rani Talab P.S. Case No. 02 of 2024, registered on 02.01.2024, for the offences punishable under Sections 498(A), 304(B), 201 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution, FIR has been lodged against four named accused persons, including the petitioner, with the allegation that the informant's daughter was married to the petitioner's brother and was subsequently killed by all the accused due to a dowry demand, as suspicion has been raised in the FIR.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. It is further

No.30517 of 2025(2) dt.15-05-2025 2/2 submitted that the petitioner is the sister-in-law (nanad) of the deceased, resides separately with her husband, and is leading a conjugal life. She has been unnecessarily implicated in the present case, despite having clean criminal antecedents. Counsel also submits that the husband of the deceased is already in custody, as stated in paragraph 14 of the bail petition.

5. Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

In the present facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the Trial Court within a period of 4 weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees Thirty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate, Danapur, in connection with Rani Talab P.S. Case No. 02 of 2024, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Dr. Anshuman, J.) Aman Kumar/- U T
