This relates to grant of bail to petitioner in Aayer P.S. Case No. 69 of 2019 registered for the offence under Sections 395 and 337 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per F.I.R., on 06-08-2019 (night), while the informant was sleeping in her house, 5-6 unknown persons entered into her house, in which, one of the person was identified by informant, as petitioner, who assaulted with iron rod on left leg of informant and also snatched her Bali (ear ring). It is further alleged that on hulla, when husband of the informant came to save her, he was brutally assaulted by the accused persons, who during course of treatment succumbed to the injuries.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.26709 of 2020(4) dt.05-01-2021 2/2 Petitioner has been identified by the informant and stolen watch was also recovered from the possession of petitioner. Petitioner has also got criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the anticipatory bail petition is rejected.
