2. This writ petition has been filed for directing the respondent to issue the revenue receipt of land situated in village Cheharakhurd bearing Thana No. 89, Khata No. 141, Khesara No. 1460, and 1471 bearing a total area of 1.50 decimals in favor of the petitioner on the basis of Mutaition Case No. 1745/2013-14 dated 6.1.2014 passed by Anchal Adhikari, Goroul, and Vaishali and to take legal action against the erring person, i.e. respondent No. 4, who is not issuing the

Patna High Court CWJC No.17440 of 2015(3) dt.02-11-2023 2/2 revenue receipt of the aforesaid land, in spite of the order passed by the Circle Officer, Goroul, Vaishali.

3 . In the facts and circumstances of the case , writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to file a fresh representation before the before the Circle Officer, Goroul, Vaishali respondent No. 4 within a period of 8 weeks from the date of receipt of this order.

4. In the event, such representation is filed by the petitioners, respondent No. 4, Circle Officer Goroul, Vaishali shall examine the claim of the petitioner and pass a reasoned and speaking order in accordance with law preferably within a further period of three months from the date of receipt of the representation .
