It has been submitted that prayer of the petitioner for grant of anticipatory bail was rejected by order dated 02.08.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No.35289 of 2017, but inadvertently, in the order dated 23.08.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No.39902 of 2017, which was filed for modification of the order dated 02.08.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No.35289 of 2017, it has been mentioned that the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail by order dated 02.08.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No.35289 of 2017.

In view of such, in the 1st and 2nd line of 3rd paragraph of the order dated 23.08.2017, in place of 'It has been submitted that the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail by the aforesaid order.'

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.39902 of 2017 (3) dt.28-08-2017 2/2 dated 02.08.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No.35289 of 2017 with liberty to petitioner to surrender in the Court below. Other parts of the order dated 23.08.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No.39902 of 2017 shall remain the same. Let this order be communicated Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad, in connection with Kako P.S. Case No.148 of 2016.
