Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Muzaffarpur Town P.S. Case No. 79 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under sections 451, 452 of the Indian Penal Code, section 25(1-b)a/26/35 of the Arms Act and section 37(2) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case on basis of confessional statement of the co-accused. Nothing has been recovered either from the conscious possession of this petitioner or from his house. Petitioner was not even found in drunken condition.

No.24726 of 2019(2) dt.18-04-2019 2/2 Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Special Judge, Excise, Muzaffarpur in connection with Muzaffarpur Town P.S. Case No. 79 of 2019 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
