Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has filed a representation before the Executive Officer, Nagar Panchayat Barahiya on 02.12.2019 raising his claim but till date no decision has been taken thereon. In the facts and circumstances of the present case and the nature of relief which the petitioner is seeking, this application is disposed of with a direction to the Executive Officer, Nagar Panchayat Barahiya to consider the petitioner's claim as raised in his representation dated 02.12.2019 (Annexure-4) within two months from the date of receipt/ production of a copy of this order, if not already disposed of.
