2. The present Cr. Misc. application has been filed for modification/extension of the order dated 29.01.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 75460 of 2024 due to the reason that the petitioner could not surrendered himself before the concerned Trial court within the stipulated period of time for furnishing his bail bonds. The time was lapsed in the month of February, 2025. Counsel submits that after non-acceptance of his bail bond, petitioner has approached to the counsel and handed over the file to him, but the case could not be filed for extension and it was filed only in the month of April 2025. Counsel further submits that the petitioner is innocent and have no idea about

3. In the light of the submissions made by the counsel for the petitioner, petitioner is hereby given 20 days time from today for furnishing his bail bonds before the concerned Trial court.

4. With the aforesaid direction, the present Cr. Misc. application is hereby allowed and order dated 29.01.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 75460 of 2024 is modified up to that extent subject to the condition that the counsel for the petitioner shall deposit Rs.1,000/- (Rupees One Thousand) to the Advocates' Association, Patna High Court and he shall show the receipt of the same at the time of furnishing the bail bonds of the petitioner before the concerned Trial court.
