JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH ORAL ORDER 10-11-2015 Petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case under sections 307, 302 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code on the allegation that they and 15 others assaulted one Dharmendra Paswan who died during treatment after sometime. Petitioners submit that they are ladies and the allegations are omnibus in nature.

In the facts of the case, in case of surrender within six weeks, let both the petitioners named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.5,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Arwal in Mahendia Police station Case No. 102 of 2015.
