ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 09-04-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Hisua P.S. Case No. 20 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341/323/504/307/506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the allegation is that the petitioner attacked the lady concerned, the differences arose on account of a petty dispute and there was no premeditation. It is further submitted that the both the parties are close agnates.

In view of the aforementioned facts and circumstances and that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.16585 of 2018 (2) dt.09-04-2018 2/2 in the event of his arrest / surrender within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the each amount to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada, in connection with Hisua P.S. Case No. 20 of 2018 , subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C. (Anjana Mishra, J) Saif/- U T
