Mr. Singh, Counsel for the petitioner states that he has not been able to establish contact with his client although he got a pass over in this case on earlier occasion. In such circumstance, he is unable to press the application. The writ application has been filed for a direction to pay the salary of the petitioner for the period 3.8.2002 to

Patna High Court CWJC No.16065 of 2007 (2) dt.13-05-2015 2/2 22.1.2003. It has been informed at the Bar that the petitioner has already superannuated from the service.

In view of the aforesaid, the writ application is dismissed as not pressed. Dismissal of the application shall, however, not preclude the petitioner from raising the grievance as raised herein, if need be, before the appropriate forum for redressal thereof.
