JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 06-10-2015 By filing the present writ petition under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner seeks quashing of the FIR of Danapur P.S.Case No. 170 of 2006 registered under Sections 420, 406, 467, 468 and 120-B of the Indian Penal Code and Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act. Mr. Aditya Prakash Sahay, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during pendency of the writ petition the grievance of the petitioner has already been redressed. In that view of the matter, the application is disposed of as not pressed.
