JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 13-07-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Kargahar P.S. Case No. 169 of 2015 instituted for the offence under Section304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner is husband of the deceased. There is allegation that after marriage of sister of the informant in 2009, she was tortured by this petitioner for demand of dowry and ultimately, she was done to death by back injury. The learned Sessions Judge in the impugned order has mentioned that witnesses have supported the case and levelled allegation against the petitioner in the case diary.
In such circumstances, this court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, prayer for
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.32397 of 2017 (2) dt.13-07-2017 2/2 anticipatory bail is rejected.
The petitioner is directed to surrender in the court below and seek regular bail which will be considered on its own merit without being prejudiced by this order. (Sanjay Priya, J) A.K.V./- U T
