It appears from the show cause filed by the Municipal Commissioner that the representation of the petitioner has been dealt with and disposed of in accordance with law. The petitioner, if so aggrieved by the said disposal is at liberty to challenge the same in appropriate proceeding. Thus, no contempt is made out.
