The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 419, 467 and 468 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner, allegedly, produced a forged marksheet to get appointment on the post of Sevika. The forgery was detected and candidature of the petitioner was cancelled. Considering the fact that the petitioner is a female and has got no criminal antecedent, let petitioner, above named, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of the order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
