Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Manjhi P.S. Case No. 68 of 2020 registered for the offence under sections 30, 30(a), 38(i)(ii) and 37(b) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case due to ulterior motive of the informant. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Further submission is that petitioner is languishing in jail custody since 17.03.2020 and he has no criminal antecedent.
