The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Barhara P.S. Case No. 06 of 2017 registered under Sections 304(B)/201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been dragged in this case. Further submission is that the Complaint Case is lodged after lapse of one month of the alleged occurrence. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount
