JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 28-03-2018 No good ground has been made out by the learned counsel for the petitioner for modifying the order dated 06.07.2017 passed by a Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 23639 of 2017.
By the aforesaid order, the petitioner was granted provisional bail for a period of eight weeks and was further directed to make efforts for rapprochement with the O.P. No.
