ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 20-07-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Jalley P.S. Case No. 15 of 2017 for the offences registered under Sections 341, 323, 354, 379 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is the Bhaisur of the informant and because of internal family rivalry, the petitioner has been named in connection with the present case.

Considering the nature of allegation made against the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.31704 of 2017 (3) dt.20-07-2017 be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M., Darbhanga, in connection with Jalley P.S.
