Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Bihar State Board of Religious Trust (henceforth for short, 'the Board') has taken this Court to paragraph No. 14 of the writ petition to show that the case of the petitioner is pending before the Board where the next date of hearing is 26.07.2024 and, as such, the present petition is premature.

3. In that background, the Court is of the view that the petitioner should allow the matter before the Board to come to its logical conclusion before knocking the doors of the Patna High Court.

4. Writ petition stands disposed of with the aforesaid observation.

5. Needless to say that if the parties appear in time, the Board will ensure that the same is taken to its logical conclusion at the earliest.
