2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Basmatiya P.S. Case No. 16 of 2025 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 8, 20(b)(ii)(b) of the Narcotics Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act.

3. The recovery is of 6 Kg. of ganja from the petitioner who is in custody since 28.02.2025 and claims clean antecedent.

4. Considering the fact that the petitioner is a woman having clean antecedent and also the fact that there is recovery of intermittent quantity of ganja from her, this application is allowed.

5. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge NDPS Act, Araria in connection with Basmatiya P.S. Case No. 16 of 2025, subecjt to the conditions that the petitioner will co-operate in the trial and the bailors should be the close blood relative of the petitioner.

6. The petitioner will also mark attendance in Basmatiya Police Station on every Sunday of the month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would be result in cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioner.

7. At the time of accepting bail bonds of the petitioner, the Court below will verify the criminal antecedent of the petitioner. If it is found that the petitioner has criminal antecedent, the Court below shall not accept the bail bonds of the petitioner and if it is found that the petitioner has clean antecedent, his bail bonds shall be accepted by the Court below.
