JUSTICE ARVIND SINGH CHANDEL ORAL ORDER 29-04-2025 This petition has been preferred by the petitioner directing the respondents to grant him the benefit of second and third ACP/MACP, which has not been provided by them till today.
2. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner joined his services in the year 1983. He stood retired from his services in the year of 2015. The benefit
Patna High Court CWJC No.6480 of 2025(2) dt.29-04-2025 2/3 of first ACP has been granted to him on 27.04.1996. After completion of twenty and thirty years of services, he also entitled to get benefit of second and third ACP/MACP. Even after his retirement, such benefit has not been granted to him. He further submits that vide Annexure P/6 series, he continuously represented before the respondent no. 09 and others but no decision has been taken by the respondent no. 09 till today. Referring to the Annexure P/9, he further submits that instead of deciding the pending representation of the petitioner, the respondent no. 09 called him in his office for no reason, therefore, it is prayed by the counsel that the respondent no. 09 may be directed to consider and decide the pending representation of petitioner dated 20.11.2019 Annexure- P/6 series within the specific period fixed by this Court.
3. The above prayer made by the counsel for the petitioner has not been opposed by the counsel appearing for the respondents-State.
4. Considering the submissions of made by the counsel for the petitioner, the petition is disposed of. The respondent no. 09 is directed to consider and decide and pass a reasoned order on the representation submitted by the petitioner i.e. Annexure P/6 series, as early as possible probably within 45

5. The present petition is disposed of.
