This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Chatapur P.S. Case No. 207 of 2015, disclosing offences under Sections 341, 323, 380, 452, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

I am not inclined to entertain this anticipatory bail application, which has apparently been filed nearly four years after lodging of the complaint case, based on which the present FIR has been registered.

The application is accordingly dismissed.

The petitioner is directed to surrender in the court below within four weeks from today and seek regular bail, if so advised. If he does so, the court below shall consider his prayer
