The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Rosera P. S. Case No. 174 of 2015 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307, 224, 225, 332, 333, 353 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

Regard being had to the serious nature of allegation that the petitioners not only rescued an accused, who was apprehended by the police, but they along with others also confined the police personnel and assaulted them, I am not inclined to grant them anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail is rejected.
