The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 272 and 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section and 47 of the Excise Act as also 54 of the Bihar Excise new Amendment Act, 2016. From a four wheeler foreign liquor was recovered on 18.07.2016.
Submission of the petitioner is that co-accused Mantoon Roy has already been allowed anticipatory bail by another bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 47112 of 2016 on 19.11.2016.
Considering the aforesaid, let, the petitioner, above
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.52474 of 2016 (2) dt.07-12-2016 named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of the order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, I, Samastipur/Successor Court in connection with Tajpur P.S.
