The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Mahila (Purnea) P.S. Case No. 52 of 2016 (G.R. No. 2933 of 2016) registered under Sections 313, 420, 498(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 3⁄4 Dowry Prohibition Act.

The allegation against the petitioners is of cruelty and torture for non-fulfillment of demand of dowry. Submission is that petitioners are brother-in-law, father-in-law, sister-in-law, cousin father-in-law and cousin

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.50137 of 2016 (2) dt.19-12-2016 2/2 mother-in-law of the informant. They have falsely been implicated in this case. It is further submitted that petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the S.D.J.M., Purnea in connection with Mahila (Purnea) P.S. Case No. 52 of 2016 (G.R. No. 2933 of 2016) subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
