JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 18-09-2017 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Jandaha P.S. Case No. 39 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the allegations levelled are general and omnibus. Nothing specific has been alleged against this petitioner. Similarly situated co-accused has been granted bail by this Court vide order dated 25.07.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 26069 of 2017. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions of advanced on behalf of the parties, let the

Case No. 39 of 2017 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
