====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 22-04-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the State.

The petitioners seek bail in Brahmapura P.S. Case No. 43 of 2019, instituted for the offence under Section (s) 341, 323, 324, 307 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have no criminal antecedent. There is no allegation of any specific overt act against the petitioners in the written report. He further submits that wife of petitioner No. 1 has also filed Complaint Case No. 392 of 2019 levelling allegation against the informant and others that they assaulted her with fists and slaps in her abdomen. When her parents-in-law came to save

Petitioner is in custody since 7.2.2019 having clean antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioners for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioners above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur, in connection with Brahmapura P.S. Case No. 43 of 2019, subject to the condition that both the bailors will be the close relatives of the petitioners.
