ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 10-08-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Nabinagar P.S. Case No.148 of 2017 for allegedly having committed the offence under Sections 379 and 420/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 40 of the Bihar Mines Act, 1972.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has produced the valid documents for the vehicle, which was intercepted and seized, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.35531 of 2017 (2) dt.10-08-2017 2/2 bond of `10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ist, Aurangabad, in connection with Nabinagar P.S. Case No.148 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
