JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 27-11-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned counsel for the State through video conferencing. From perusal of report of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate II, Samastipur dated 21.9.2020 received in connection with Samastipur Muffasil Police Station Case No. 417/2018 it appears that the case is pending for supply of police paper to the accused persons and explanation of charges. In view of the report dated 21.9.2020, bail petition of the petitioner is refused.
