The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in a case instituted for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 354, 307, 379, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code. It has been alleged that an altercation took place with respect to fishing dispute. It was a free fight. Allegation has been made against the petitioner to have caused three injuries. Injury nos.1 and 2 are simple in nature and injury no.2 is grievous in nature which is not caused by the petitioner. Looking to the facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, let petitioner, namely, Md. Tosib alias Md. Tausif, be released
