JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 21-07-2022 Though the present writ petition has been filed for quashing the notice dated 4.3.2021, issued by the Circle Officer, Kudara, Kaimur i.e. the Respondent No. 4, but the learned counsel for the petitioners has confined the relief, prayed for in the present writ petition, to grant of liberty to the petitioners to file their show cause reply as also issuance of direction to the Respondent No. 4 to dispose of the encroachment case in question,

The learned counsel for the RespondentState submits that the case number of the encroachment case in question shall definitely be supplied to the petitioners and in case, appropriate show cause reply is filed within a period of four weeks from today, final orders thereon shall be passed expeditiously.

Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed of with a direction to the Respondent No. 4 to supply the encroachment case number to the petitioners and thereafter, seek their show cause replies whereupon he shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders within a period of twelve weeks of receipt / production of the show cause reply, to be filed by the petitioners.

The writ petition stands disposed of on the aforesaid terms.
