This application is filed for grant of regular bail in connection with Jamo Bazar P.S. Case No. 11 of 2017 registered under section 392 of the Indian Penal Code Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is said to have looted 20,000/-, Mobile Set and other articles and fled away and also the petitioner is in custody since 27.06.2022.

Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.25919 of 2023(2) dt.23-05-2023 2/2 Considering the period of custody and the allegations levelled against the petitioner, this application for regular bail is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after framing of charge if the charge is not framed yet and on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate in connection with Jamo Bazar P.S. Case No. 11 of 2017.

The petitioner will visit Baikunthpur police station on the first Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner.

The petitioner is directed to cooperate in the trial. If he does not cooperate in the trial, the Court below is at liberty to cancel the bail bonds of the petitioner.
