2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Begusarai Town P.S. Case No. 594 of 2013, lodged on 17.09.2013 under Sections 467, 468, 471, 420, 406, 409, 353, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the bail application of the petitioner was rejected vide order dated 05.09.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 14661 of 2022. Counsel also submits that status report has been called for in which it has been intimated that the charge has been framed and there is likelihood that the trial shall be concluded within three months.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that the antecedent of the petitioner is clean and he is in custody

5. Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

6. In the present facts and circumstances, this Court is not inclined to grant regular bail to the petitioner.

7. Accordingly, the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner in connection with Begusarai Town P.S. Case No. 594 of 2013, pending before the learned J.M. 1st Class, Begusarai is hereby rejected.

8. However, the petitioner shall move for regular bail six months after framing of charge when the Trial Court shall release him on bail imposing its own conditions so that he may not evade his appearance during trial.
