In this case, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Ekangarsarai P.S. Case No. 213 of 2017 registered for offence punishable under sections 341, 323, 342, 324, 307, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner has criminal history and there is direct allegation against him to have used Barchha upon Alok Raj.

Looking to the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner and accordingly his prayer for bail is rejected. However, if the petitioner surrenders and prays for regular bail, the court below without being prejudiced by this order, will take decision in
