2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Rajgir P. S. Case No. 627 of 2025 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 80(2), 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.

3. As per the prosecution case, petitioner and other accused persons are alleged to have killed the daughter of informant due to non-fulfillment of demand of dowry.

4. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Petitioner is mother-in-law of the deceased and she is simply victim of over-implication. There is no specific allegation of assault or overt act attributed against

As a matter of fact, deceased was a shot-tempered lady and committed suicide. Thereafter, she was taken to Community Health Centre, Silao but could not be saved. Thrust of accusation is against husband of the deceased and Mr. Ramakant Sharma, learned Sr. Counsel orally submits that husband of the deceased is already in custody. Petitioner is a lady having clean antecedent and is in custody since 30.01.2026.

5. However, learned A.P.P. for the State as well as learned counsel for the informant vehemently opposed the bail application.

6. Considering the nature of accusation, clean antecedent, period of custody and the fact that husband of the deceased in already in custody, this bail application is allowed. The petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Nalanda at Biharsharif in connection with Rajgir P.
