2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 341, 323, 308, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code registered in connection with Kharagpur (Gangta) P.S. Case No. 128 of 2015.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated and in any event the injuries sustained by the informant is simple in nature.

4. Considering however that the informant has received injury on his head being the vital part of the body, this Court is not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. The anticipatory bail petition stands dismissed.
