JUSTICE RAJENDRA KUMAR MISHRA ORAL ORDER 29-01-2016 Learned counsel appearing on behalf of petitioner submits that the Criminal Miscellaneous No. 50837 of 2015 filed on behalf of the petitioner, relating to anticipatory bail, was allowed on 10.12.2015, but due to mentioning of Daudnagar Mahila P.S. Case No. 18 of 2015 in the prayer portion of the said petition, the same has also been mentioned in the order dated 10.12.2015, while the petitioner is an accused in Aurangabad Mahila P.S. Case No. 18 of 2015, which is detailed in the margin of the First Information Report. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that to the said effect, Supplementary Affidavit has been filed.

In view of the submissions made on behalf of the learned counsel for the appellant, let in the order dated

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.50837 of 2015 (4) dt.29-01-2016 2/2 10.12.2015, "Daudnagar Mahila P.S. Case No. 18 of 2015" be read as "Aurangabad Mahila P.S. Case No. 18 of 2015". The order dated 10.12.2015 is modified to the above extent.

The period for surrender of the petitioner in connection with Aurangabad Mahila P.S. Case No. 18 of 2015 pending in the court of A.D.J.-1 (Special Judge), Aurangabad, is further extended for four weeks from today.
