JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 19-08-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 1404 C of 2016 registered under Sections 417, 418, 420, 423, 504, 467, 471, 120B of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that the allegations levelled are general and omnibus. Moreover, the dispute involved is purely civil in nature. Petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.37098 of 2017 (2) dt.19-08-2017 each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran at Motihari in connection with Complaint Case No. 1404 C of 2016 subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
