No.04 of 2025 This interlocutory application has been filed with a prayer that the parties have compromised the casein the trial court whereby the appeal was disposed of in terms of compromise vide order dated 12.03.2025 passed by A.D.J.-IIIrd at Arrah.

2. It has been submitted that both appellant and respondent of the present appeal are the respondent and appellant respectively in Title Appeal no. 20 of 2019. As such, it has been prayed to permit the appellant to withdraw this appeal in view of the compromise.

3. Learned counsel for the respondent has got no objection to the same.

4. From the facts as detailed in this interlocutory application it is clear that the parties have compromised the case

Patna High Court FA No.154 of 1997(25) dt.27-11-2025 2/2 in the trial court.

5. Considering the above facts and circumstances, I.A. No. 04 of 2025 is allowed and this appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.
