This is an application seeking quashing of the FIR of Kahalgaon P.S. Case No. 400 of 2014 dated 25.08.2014 instituted for the offence under Sections 448, 354, 384, 379 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. It appears that this is a case of the year 2014 and in all its probability, the investigation must have been completed by now.

If at all the investigation is still incomplete, the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.51784 of 2015(3) dt.09-10-2020 2/2 same must be concluded within a period of three months from today.

This order shall be implemented only, if the investigation of this case case has remain pending. The petition stands disposed of with the aforesaid observation.
