1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the quashing application was filed seeking quashing of the order dated 06.11.2012, passed by Shri P.K. Saran, the learned Sub Judicial Magistrate, Barh, in Complaint Case No. 234(C) of 2008 whereby the Discharge Application of the petitioners dated 04.09.2012, was rejected.

3. The learned counsel submits that thereafter the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.51059 of 2015(2) dt.29-08-2023 2/2 charges were framed and trial has commenced, as such, seeks permission to withdraw the quashing application.
