Learned counsel for the State and the Accountant General, Bihar are present.

Copies of the counter affidavit filed on behalf of the respondents have been served on learned counsel for the petitioner much earlier. However, no rejoinder has been filed to the same.

As per the stand of the respondents especially, the Accountant General, copy of the PPO showing authorization for payment of full pension and gratuity has been issued in favour of the petitioner in September, 2014 itself. With regard to other dues,
