JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 05-11-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioners and the State. The petitioners being the husband of the victim are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498A, 304B and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is of killing the sister of the informant after six years of the marriage for non-fulfillment of the dowry demand by causing burn injuries.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that as per own admission, the informant came to know about the death of the victim on 30.06.2015, but the FIR was registered on 02.07.2015. In fact, the victim was mentally abrased and she was under treatment prior to death. Moreover, accusation is omnibus and general against the entire in-laws family and husband of the victim is in custody.

No.50926 of 2015 (2) dt.05-11-2015 2/2 Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Rohtas in connection with Nokha P.S. Case No. 124 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
