The petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Chhatapur P. S. Case No. 143 of 2014 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471/34 of the of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegedly, the petitioner got appointment as Anganwadi Sevika by concealing material facts as well as using forged and fabricated educational certificates.
Submission is of false implication and that aforesaid case has been lodged on the basis of private complaint. The complainant has filed earlier C.W.J.C. No. 14354 of 2005 which was dismissed by the High Court, thereafter, she filed L.P.A. No. 437 of 2007 which too was dismissed with some observation and as such the petitioner being falsely implicated
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.44154 of 2017(2) dt.20-09-2017 2/2 deserves sympathetic consideration.
Learned APP opposes the prayer of pre-arrest bail. In the facts and circumstances stated above, the petitioner above named, in case of her arrest or surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be released on bail on execution of bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Supaul in connection with Chhatapur P. S. Case No. 143 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
