The present application for anticipatory bail has been filed on behalf of the petitioner in connection with Dinara P.S. Case No. 344 of 2019 registered for the offence under Section 30 (a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during the pendency of this application the petitioner has been arrested and this application for anticipatory bail on behalf of the petitioner has become infructuous.

Accordingly, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks
