This writ application has been preferred questioning the legality of the order dated 23.8.2011 passed by the District Programme Officer (Establishment) Madhubani (Annexure-2) whereby the petitioner was proceeded against departmentally on account of dereliction of duty and was also suspended. The case was on the list when on the request of Mr. Yadav the same was passed over enabling him to take instruction from his client regarding the current status. Mr. Yadav fairly states that in spite of his best efforts, he could not establish contact with the petitioner.

Patna High Court CWJC No.22238 of 2012 (2) dt.28-01-2015 This gives an indication that the petitioner has lost interest in pursuing the case as his grievance must have been redressed. The writ application is accordingly disposed of. However, the petitioner is granted liberty to approach the appropriate forum/authority if his grievance relating to the present order subsists.
