The present petition has been preferred for quashing of the order dated 13.05.2015 passed by learned Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Araria in Narpatganj P.S. Case No.482 of 2014 whereby and whereunder took cognizance under Sections

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.50948 of 2015(2) dt.20-03-2023 2/2 341, 323, 504, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and section 3(1)(x) of the SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989. Learned counsel for the petitioners submit that subsequently the informant made a turn around and put different facts on affidavit which is Annexure-2 and as such the petitioner may be allowed to raise all the points before the Trial court at an appropriate stage.

Accordingly, the petition stands disposed of with the aforesaid liberty.
