The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Hajipur C2A-Case No. 147 of 2016 registered under Sections 47 A, E and 54 of the Excise Act.
The accusation is of recovery of 10.635 litres of Indian made foreign liquor, in 45 bottles, from the house of the petitioners.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have no criminal antecedent and have falsely been implicated in this case due to ulterior motive showing the recovery of 10.635 litres of Indian made foreign liquor from the house of
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.38806 of 2016 (2) dt.03-10-2016 the petitioner but the seizure list does not disclose the family members of the petitioners.
Considering the aforesaid submissions, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Hajipur, in connection with Hajipur C2A-Case No. 147 of 2016, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
