The petitioners, three in number, apprehend their arrest in a case under Sections 341, 323, 427, 380, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The complainant made allegation that the petitioners entered into her house and took away different articles and also set her house ablaze. It is submitted that the entire allegation is false and concocted. The complainant is the wife of the younger brother of petitioner no. 1 Mahendra Singh @ Jauran Singh. The petitioners and the complainant are residing in the same house. There is dispute with regard to partition of property; that is why, this false case has been lodged.

No.50904 of 2015 (2) dt.08-12-2015 2/2 Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Nawada in Complaint Case No. 87/2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
